I can still do push-ups supported on one leg, so… that’s something, right?

I’m glad to get this page started, but technically it’s already well on its way.

I’ve been posting blogs about my personal fitness struggles and successes for several months now, and I’ve decided to split the fitness posts off into this setting. You can check out links to my other writing in the About the Fat Guy page if you want, but this page is going to be all about that ever-present fight against laziness and the bulging waistline.

I also have the added obstacle — or opportunity to overcome adversity! — of a recent surgery on my right foot. That’s keeping me down from what I’d like to be doing right now, but it’s not keeping me down completely. I’ll share more about that soon.

I’m also going to share some links to those previous posts, in an effort to funnel the fitness topics away from my main blog and into this one.

I hope you’re eager to take steps towards being better than you were the day before. I also hope you’ll join me as I take those steps (with crutches for now) and talk about my struggles and successes in this page.
